H LGS Handling celebrated ten years of successful operation

The ten years of operation celebrated the LGS Handling, a subsidiary of Louis Group, in a beautiful event held on Thursday 22 November, at the Hilton Park hotel in Nicosia. The event was attended by journalists, MEDIA people and partners LGS Handling who attended the presentation that was made for the profile of the company and the range of services it offers. The guests welcomed the Executive Director of the Louis Group and Chairman of the Board of directors of LGS Handling, mr Louis Loizou and the Ceo of LGS Handling, mr. George Ioannides, and later the administration of LGS Handling hosted a lunch for the guests.

During his speech, mr Louis Loizou said: “The company is, in fact, the evolution of the Louis Aviation Services, which operates in the field of service of passengers and cargo since 1947”. Speaking from the same step, mr. George Ioannides referred to the goals and objectives of the company for the next period: “we Aspire to promote the attraction of more airline companies in Cyprus, offering quality services at attractive prices. We want to achieve this by operating responsibly, with practices that promote the safety, health and respect for the environment, for the benefit of customers and our partners, our staff, of local communities in the areas where we operate”.

LGS Handling, for ten years, offers more than 80 airlines, services, ground handling of aircraft, passengers and cargo at the airports of Larnaca and Paphos. Employs during the peak season of over 800 people and invests in staff training to ensure high quality of services that it offers. The company has also invested over 10 million euros for the purchase of specialized machinery and electronic systems of the latest technology. The LGS Handling follows all international standards and safety regulations, and its services include ticketing services, services, check-in, management hall of distinguished passengers, transfer passengers and baggage, servicing of passengers with reduced mobility, power of flight, loading, unloading and cleaning aircraft.
