Press conference San Diego and Baja California / Monday, April 1, 10:45 hrs

For more than a quarter of a century, the Cali-Baja region has harnessed the power of free trade to create one of the most successful supply and manufacturing chains in the world, providing a collaborative cross-border business ecosystem that is a source of new jobs and opportunities on both sides of the border. With the new United States-Mexico-Canada agreement, or USMCA, the Cali-Baja region will benefit from a modernized and improved framework that reflects the current needs of the industry. However, the new agreement can not enter into force, and these benefits will not be realized until the legislature of each country ratifies the USMCA.

The USMCA advance is a key priority of the 14th annual Binational Delegation to be held in Mexico City from March 31 to April 3.

For this reason, the Chamber of Commerce of San Diego, cordially invites you to the press conference in which details of the actions that the Delegation will address in order to urge the ratification of the USMCA and emphasize the importance of free trade. in economic growth and the global competitiveness of the region.
